Questions about paying
What counts as a question?
Each thing you ask Study Desk to explain, check or solve, including each Snap a problem. Reading summaries, exam prep and your deadlines don’t count.
How do I pay?
When your account is ready. Whish works from day one, and card payments are being set up.
Can I get my money back?
Yes, within 7 days of paying, as long as you haven’t used more than the free plan gives. Refund policy.
What counts as a lecture?
One class you record, up to 90 minutes. Lectures a deskmate records and shares with you don’t count toward your limit.
Do friends get a better price?
Four friends who sign up together pay $80 for four Semester Passes, $20 each. Bring a deskmate who pays and you both get $5 off next semester.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Time left on a monthly or exam-week plan counts toward a Semester Pass.
