Refund policy
Draft. Not in force until Study Desk opens, and to be reviewed before then.
Semester Pass, Plus, monthly plan and founding pass
Full refund within 7 days of paying, as long as you haven’t used more than the free plan gives (10 questions, 3 recorded lectures, no summaries or exam prep opened).
Exam Week pass
Full refund if you ask before you’ve used any paid feature. Once you’ve used it, the week is yours and it isn’t refundable.
If Study Desk lets you down
If Study Desk is down for more than a day, or your Moodle stops syncing because of a problem on our side, tell us and we’ll add the lost days to your plan or refund them.
How to ask
Email hello@getstudydesk.com from the address on your account. Refunds go back the way you paid, within 10 working days.
